I had eaten on Tuesday, May 14. I had eaten the tableside guac as an appetizer and the beef tacos dinner for an entree. Not long after I had diarrhea, and started vomiting a few hours later., one other person got sick. I had diarrhea only a few minutes after I had finished my meal, which continued for about 5 hours after. I vomitted 4 times in a 6 in a half hours window (1am-7:30am) | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧, 腹泻
