I bought a pre made Italian pinwheel. Ate it and after about 30 minutes I became violently sick. I threw up and had diarrhea for over 24 hours and was getting sick every 15 minutes of those 24. Totally wracked my body. I am a type 1 diabetic to complicate things. Still feel awful n not able to eat solid food since my Gi tract is irritated. Worst ever sickness. My husband n I go to this store every weekend on the way to our boat. Usually all is well. I don’t think I’ll be buying the pre packaged food. This pinwheel has dark green lettuce that I believe was the culprit. I would think in hot weather these pre packaged foods are replaced more frequent than say on colder months (least I hope so) no one should be as sick as I was. Please make sure the food that is out for selection is fresh. I have really suffered n have been out of workFor 4 days. | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
