January 15th bought Wendy's number #2 double cheeseburger meal with small frosty and medium fries. Purchased at 5:50pm started feeling ill by 8pm. Vomited at least once every hour until January 16th at 7pm (nearly 24 hours). | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
