Big Mac meal from Stevenage McDonald’s, Just myself got sick I got a McDonald’s yesterday about half 12 I ate it and about half hour after I started getting a abdominal cramps and then was sick, I decided to lay down for a little bit i fell asleep and I woke up in severe pain and was sick  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋

had chicken wrap from McDonald’s but chicken wasn’t cooked person who had same as me was vomiting but the toilets are really dirty no one is cleaning them or the tables, I got sick my mom got sick a friend who used the drive thru got sick we all had the same symptoms  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧
