我在下午 4 点左右吃了培根和奶酪终极盒餐。大约晚上 7 点 30 分以恶心形式开始症状，呕吐和胃痛约 20 分钟。仍然感到恶心和虚弱。  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 弱点, 胃痛

I went and after about an hour felt sick. Then I was up all night vomiting and diarrhoea, Only I was sick, I was the only one who ate from there. It was about an hour after I ate it. I’ve previously had food poisoning and this was exactly the same  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻
