We had an all inclusive package, we did one excursion that included food/drinks on Catalina island. My husband and I both have severe diarrhea and nausea. I also have abdominal pain. I received IV fluids at my local ER and prescription for cipro.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I only ate in the main restaurant. 5/26/19 woke up dizzy and nauseous. Diarrhea started around noon and continued all day and night. Went to clinic on 5/29/19. BP dropped to 80/40. Sent to hospital. Received IV antibiotics. Lab results showed crazy bad levels. Discharged on 5/30/19.… 更多

我吃喝的所有东西都在 Hard Rock 蓬塔卡纳。有趣的是，当天早些时候，我们的房间因为虫子被熏蒸了，因为我的继女被虫子盖住了。


4 月 18 日至 25 日住在蓬塔卡纳硬石公司。我们入住的最后一晚大约凌晨 2 点醒来。我病得太厉害了。呕吐、腹泻和疼痛。不知道腹泻时我能否保持呕吐物，反之亦然。，我真的不知道是什么原因导致了我的病。我记得当时以为我无法忍受返回美国的航班。我有一个可怕的头痛和背部疼痛。半夜洗了两次澡来帮助我缓解疼痛。不能拿

On Monday, May 27th I started feeling pretty light headed and nauseous. A few hours later I was intensely vomiting then later in the evening I had diarrhea. Not sure what triggered it but I have never felt that bad in my life.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had drink at hard rock and then was violently ill vomiting .couldnt get off the floor.the workers had to transpire me back to room by golf cart.couldbt eat or drink the rest of stay, I was basically incapacitated the whole vacation .thought I drank too much but… 更多

3/31-4/5, became ill with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea on 4/2. Awful, constant diarrhea. On Wednesday the building list running water for hours. We were told to use the gym facilities for bathroom and bathing - very inconvenient! Sick for 3 weeks!, Traveling partner was also sick, symptoms… 更多

On March 16, 2019 my son got married at the Hard Rock hotel in punta cana a day after arrival I became very ill. I could not participate in wedding activities. I threw up all over the hall way and the restroom of the casino., 3 people in our party  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻
