We had an all inclusive package, we did one excursion that included food/drinks on Catalina island. My husband and I both have severe diarrhea and nausea. I also have abdominal pain. I received IV fluids at my local ER and prescription for cipro.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I only ate in the main restaurant. 5/26/19 woke up dizzy and nauseous. Diarrhea started around noon and continued all day and night. Went to clinic on 5/29/19. BP dropped to 80/40. Sent to hospital. Received IV antibiotics. Lab results showed crazy bad levels. Discharged on 5/30/19.… See more

Everything I ate and drank were all at Hard Rock Punta Cana. Interestingly, our room was fumigated earlier that same day for bugs as my step daughter was covered in them.

On Monday, May 27th I started feeling pretty light headed and nauseous. A few hours later I was intensely vomiting then later in the evening I had diarrhea. Not sure what triggered it but I have never felt that bad in my life.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

3/31-4/5, became ill with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea on 4/2. Awful, constant diarrhea. On Wednesday the building list running water for hours. On March 16, 2019 my son got married at the Hard Rock hotel in punta cana a day after arrival I became very ill. I could not participate in wedding activities. I threw up all over the hall way and the restroom of the casino., 3 people in our party  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea
