Not sure 2 sick. 4 hours after eating one adult had severe nausea, vomiting, chills, fever. Approximately 6 hours after eating another adult had nausea, chills. They had wine, tapas with meat and salad.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 寒战

Symptoms started yesterday morning and I spent the day and night been sick and diahorrea. The next day on I'm still ill. I have reported it to hotel as all inclusive and haven't eaten any where else.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
