I was perfectly fine, had only eaten plain toast in the morning but within a few hours after eating the chicken and rice bowl from Nando’s, I had rapid onset diarrhoea and vomiting and severe stomach cramps
What I believe was food poisoning | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛
