Closure Date: 06-17-2019
A canteen at a Belfast hospital has been closed due to a “pest” infestation. Pest control measures identified the issue quickly and the restaurant was closed. Belfast Trust worked closely with environmental health officers and the restaurant will reopen on June 18.

I had a twelve peice boneless box with 3 tubs of coleslaw and chicken popcorn., Just myself, although I was shared with two people. The symptoms only started 48 hrs afterwards  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

Started getting sick after a 6inch sub with italian herbs, pepperoni, cheese, lettece, onion, cucumber, pepper and olives with mayo. Then a side of tomato soup with a latte.  | 症状: 恶心

Had the Starbucks mocha Frappuccino at 3:30. Had the old sweetnsour Mcdonalds dip at 6 with my dinner (nobody else was sick). Started vomiting and diarrhoea at 1:30am. Not sure which food item is to blame but those is what I’ve narrowed it down too.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
