Had a big mac meal last night about 10. Started to feel hot and have stomach ache at 11.30ish got worse through the night got nausea and upset stomach I feel any minute I might start being sick. Having to keep rushing to the toilet  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

My boyfriend had the spicy Italian Meal and he shortly threw up after he got in from eating it. Hes had a high temperature and not feeling great. Keeps feeling sick and vomiting every few hours. He last ate the subway. So? Must be that.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我带自己和我的 3 个孩子去麦当劳做半年治疗，整晚我们都患病和腹泻都很差汉堡看起来好像已经打开了，但我想这本来应该是工作人员来检查的，也许那位女士也丢了薯条然后把它们拿走然后回来了，所以我很担心我最小的女儿是一个，她整夜都在哭，肚子疼。我跟一个朋友谈过话，他昨晚也有麦当劳和他儿子也一样
