昨晚 9 点左右我从麦当劳吃了四分之四。凌晨 3 点左右我有胃痉挛并发烧了。我开始呕吐，凌晨 5 点左右上厕所直到当天中午 12 点才停止。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Went with a friend to get some food around 10:00 at night. after eating, he got sick an hour and a half later. He dropped me off at my home where I went to be bed, and woke up with a fever, disoriented, and needing to vomit.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
