On April 1st 2018 easter Sunday a group of approximately fifteen(15) of us all from different homes gathered at your facility for the easter brunch you had.

I ate animal style fries around 11 at night. Middle of the night I woke up with bad stomach cramps that continued until the morning and I felt like crap the rest of the day and had diarrhea and stomach upset feeling.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
