昨天我订购了一个带有额外酱汁的小奶酪披萨，吃了 4 片，在大约 3 小时内我出现了 4 次呕吐、腹泻、腹痛、恶心和发冷。从那天早上起我没吃过任何东西，所以我知道一定是披萨。尽管我没有订购任何浇头，但我注意到我的披萨里有洋葱和辣椒的残余物。现在我想知道我的披萨还被什么污染了。另外，当我过去去那里接订单时，这个特别的 Papa Johns 的员工有点粗鲁。
