I ordered a mcchicken, small fry, and a large sweet tea. Had about half my sandwich and half my fries. 5 hours later, I can't leave the bathroom. Extreme cramps, fatigue, and profusely sweating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 出汗

McChicken, It was my roommate and he got sick about an hour after eating there and hes getting headaches hot and cold flashes diarrhea and feels like vomiting he also has abdominal cramps and a fever that has been going on for 3 days now  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻, 抽筋, 头痛, 其他

Spicy McChicken's for lunch yesterday. The only members of our party that were affected ate the Spicy McChickens. We have been up most of the night with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea. We have never had an issue at this particular establishment before. We had no other meals in common yesterday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

I went there around 4 in the afternoon
Great looking but the food I received wasn’t up to par.
I had a McChicken Large Fries and Sweet Tea.

I think I got sick off of the McChicken.
It wasn’t hot when i unwrapped it.
