5 月 25 日下午 5 点 15 分左右。大约一个小时，也许再多一点，严重的胃痛，最终腹泻，出汗和剧烈呕吐。我一生中从来没有因为吃东西而生病过。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗, 胃痛

Ate one of these mcmuffins around 8 in the morning. Last couple of bites tasted bad but I was driving and in a hurry. Around 1pm I developed a high fever and muscle aches. Next day had bubble guts and dark stools.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
