I picked up carryout about 7:30pm, a chicken chalupa, and nachos bell grand. I ate about 8:30pm, maybe 2 bites of chalupa, and 1/3 of nachos which had beans, never before and a bad taste. Gave to dogs, felt bad and started throwing up about 3:30am, then diarrhea. I never get sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a steak cas taco meal in a box around 3. One of the tacos was cold. I took a nap and woke up immediately with pain at 7 pm. Then I went back to sleep at 9 pm and woke up at 3 am and immediately threw up right outside of my bathroom  | 症状: 呕吐

I ordered around 5:42:34pm I'm pregnant and I got to eating the food and 40 minutes afterwards I started vomiting stomach was in pain and nose running can't keep the food down I tried drinking water just couldn't it keep it down went to doctors they said it has to run its course  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

2017 年 8 月 30 日，我参观了位于洛杉矶肯纳洛约拉大街的当地塔可钟。到达 Taco Bell 后，我订购了一个 5 美元的盒子，里面有一个 Doritos 炸玉米饼、硬壳炸玉米饼和一个 chalupa。吃完所有 3 件物品后，我的胃开始抽筋。后来我变得恶心了我自己呕吐和排便。没时间去洗手间。它立刻倒出来，我无能为力阻止它。第二天早上我因悸动的偏头痛醒来。

I got the cheesy, crunchy gordita meal. Came with 2 hard tacos. I felt cramping in my left side 2 hours later and started to get dry lips. My stomach started to hurt and I threw up an hour later. I am in bed with really, bad pain.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

My friend's parents had purchased a 12 pack of crunchy tacos on August 29, 2017. Five of us consumed the tacos, and within less than 12 hours all of us had severe symptoms of food poisoning. So severe, that one of them being a teacher, missed half… 更多
