Husband purchased a hot pastrami sandwich on wheat with extra mayo and mustard (nothing else). Purchased at approx. 2pm, ate with in 10-15 mins, started to get symptoms at 5:30pm starting with nausea, then sweating, then diahrrea then vomiting multiple time throughout that night and next morning.…
