Chicken bowl with brown rice, hot salsa, cheese, and sour cream. Incident occurred on 8/10/2107 at 12:15 pm. A trip to the emergency room for 2 IV bags with an anti-nausea medicine was necessary as I became severely dehydrated from the vomiting and diarrhea.
