I had soft tacos with chicken, mild salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce. Approximately one hour later, I had a severe case of vomiting. I had a stomach ache and had to take ibuprofen for the pain. I called the manager and he said I could come in to report it. I plan to do so after work.
