أكلت هنا مساء الاثنين، وبحلول صباح الأربعاء كنت أتقيأ وأسهال. أعتقد أنه نوروفيروس لأن حماتها تعاني من نفس الأعراض بحلول صباح الخميس وتظهر الأعراض على الزوج بحلول صباح الجمعة ولم يأكل أي منهما هنا.

Vegetarian burrito bowl with guac on 9-25-18. My 5 year old had the same but with chicken. All night I was nauseus and vomiting. I still feel sick if I try to eat and its been 5 days. She is still complaining of tummy pain.

أكلت في حوالي 1:30 مساء -4 ساعات في وقت لاحق القيء، الإسهال، قشعريرة. الشيء الوحيد الذي أكلته طوال اليوم. لا يمكن الاحتفاظ بأي سوائل. الآن لدي 100.5 حمى | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, قشعريرة, حمى

9 يناير؛ طلب الدجاج لا تكون جافة. موظف سحب كوب كامل من العصائر وسكب على الدجاج. الدجاج كان درجة حرارة الغرفة. كان لدي حمى وآلام المفاصل وآلام في المعدة والغثيان والقيء والإسهال. كان في السرير لمدة 40 ساعة. شركة شيبوتل كانت متعجرفة ورفض. لا عجب أن مخزونهم…
