Chicken bowl with brown rice black beans pico and guacamole. Eaten on October 11 at 730pm. Symptoms started at approximately 2am on October 12.

Vegetarian burrito bowl with guac on 9-25-18. My 5 year old had the same but with chicken. All night I was nauseus and vomiting. I still feel sick if I try to eat and its been 5 days. She is still complaining of tummy pain.

1 月 9 日；要求鸡肉不要干。员工挖出一杯装满果汁，然后倒在鸡肉上。鸡是室温。我有发烧、关节疼痛、胃痛、恶心、呕吐和腹泻。在床上睡了 40 个小时。Chipotle 公司是污秽和不顾的。难怪他们的库存正在下降；如果你从事餐馆业务，无法控制食品质量，那么你就没有生意。
