وعاء دجاج مضاعف مع الفاصوليا السوداء والكريمة الحامضة والجواكامولي والخس. طبق جانبي بروتيني من الكارنيتاس. شعرت بتوعك مباشرة بعد الاستهلاك ثم بعد حوالي ثلاث ساعات استيقظت مع تعرق بارد وتشنجات وقضيت الـ18+ ساعة التالية مع نوبات قيء وإسهال وتشنجات.
