Bowl doble de pollo con frijoles negros, crema agria, guacamole y lechuga. Acompañamiento de proteína de Carnitas. Me sentí mal inmediatamente después del consumo y luego aproximadamente tres horas después desperté con sudores fríos y calambres y pasé las siguientes 18+ horas con episodios de vómitos, diarrea y calambres.  | Síntomas: Náusea, Diarrea, Vómitos, Dolor de estómago, Fiebre, Obstáculo
