I had a burrito bowl with black beans, brown rice, chicken, barbecoa, all of the salsas, corn, lettuce , sour cream. I also had guacamole and chips. Next day I couldn't stop vomitting and had the worst diarrhea and mild fever

On Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at about 4:30 PM I went to Chipotle and ordered a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, steak, mild salsa, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. I became ill around 11:30 PM with extreme cramping and nausea that persisted overnight. This morning…
