- comments: observed improper temperatures of cooked tcs foods dated 11/5/25 in 4-pans in side of walk in coolers such as 48lbs. Cooked short ribs of beef ranging from 48. 6f-59. 5f. Product was discarded by manager. Must have cold holding foods at 41. 0f or below. Appx. 48lbs. $600. (priority 7-38-005)(cos)(citation issued)

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 5-7 live large flies flying around in prep/bar & dining areas. Also. Appx. 30 or more live small flies on upper and lower walls in dish washing /prep area,bar area and dining room. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 11/6/25. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
