Report date: Nov 2, 20205. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: no clean up procedure or supplies for responding to vomiting and/or diarrhea events. Instructed manager to comply with the new code or citations will follow. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed 50 mice droppings scattered in the selling area and in the rear storage area. Instructed manager to remove droppings and detail clean all affected areas. Also call pest control for service. Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-020(a).
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed display shelving through out very dirty. Instructed manager to detail clean to remove all dust,spills and debris. Also detail clean the interior of the reach in/walk in cooler.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed excessive clutter through out premises. Instructed manager to remove all unnecessary items to prevent further harborage.

- comments: observed holes and openings into the walls and floors. Seal any and all openings to prevent entry points for pest.

- comments: premises is very dim on the grocery side. Must provide better lighting for cleaning and pest monitoring purposes.
