- comments: observed food not in safe condition for human consumption a 10lb. Bag of prepackaged cereal and 2-2oz. Nutri grain bars appears to have been gnawed on by mice and droppings found in boxes of food. Product was discarded by facility manager. Appx. 10. 4lbs. $10. (priority 7-38-005)(cos)

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 40 or more mice droppings on floor,on top of equipment and in side of boxed cereal & nutri grain bars in dry food storage area. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 9/25/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must clean debris build up from hot & cold holding units lower shelves,prep tables.

- comments: must repair or replace leaky pipe underneath hand sink in prep area.
