- comments: observed evidence of appx. 60 or more mice droppings on floor & ledge near paper goods storage,motor of unused air conditioning unit,on floor near safe in dry food storage/office. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 11/16/2020. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(no citation issued)

- comments: observed overhead insulation peeling from pipe at front serving line.

- comments: must repair or replace leaky pipe at hand sink in main prep area and leaky faucet at front serving line hand sink.

- comments: observed outside garbage dumpsters over flowing with trash bags above rims and on ground around dumpsters in corral. Lids wide open. Must remove trash bags from above rim and ground. Keep lids closed and tight fitting. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)(no citation issued)
