- comments: observed no handwashing signage at multiple handwashing sinks in facility. Observed no handwashing signage at handwashing sinks in first floor westside washrooms used by employees. Instructed to post clearly visible signage at all handwashing sinks used by food employees.
22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: observed cold tcs foods, held at improper temperatures ranging between 46. 8-55. 4f. Observed cold tcs foods, cheese(47. 8f), chicken(48. 2f), ham(46. 8f), turkey(50. 9f) and bacon(55. 4f) held at improper temperature. Instructed all cold tcs food must be held at 41f or below. Corrected on site manager voluntarily discarded and denatured food valued at $75 weighing 8lbs priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed boxes and buckets stored on floor in rear dry storage. Instructed to provide adequate shelving to elevate all food and nonfood items in facility at least six inches off of floor for ease of cleanability.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed leaking drainpipe of handwashing sink in prep area near cookline. Instructed to repair leaking drainpipe of handwashing sink in prep area near cookline and maintain.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed dumpster with missing lid, creating opening. Instructed to replace dumpster lid and maintain tight fitting lid on dumpster. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b) citation issued
