- comments: previous priority foundation violations from report #2633725 4/8/26 not corrected-#55-6-201. 11: observed non smooth wooden wall partition installed to the left of front prep handwashing sink. Instructed to make non smooth wooden wall partition smooth for ease of cleanability, instructed walls and wall coverings shall be designed, constructed and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. #55-6-501. 12: observed grease buildup and debris on floors, along bases of walls and in corners in prep area with fryers. Instructed to clean floors, along bases of walls and in corners in prep area with fryers. #55-6-501. 11: observed missing grout in between floors in prep area with fryers. Instructed to smoothly regrout in between floor tiles where grout is missing for ease of cleanability in front prep area with fryers and maintain. (priority 7-42-090)(citation issued)
