- comments: observed improper hot holding temperatures of ( tcs) foods. Mini corn dogs and fries inside hot holding unit and on food cart at improper hot temperatures ranging from 91. 0f to 105. 0f. Instructed to maintain hot foods at 135. 0f ot higher. 430 3-oz meals approx (81-lbs)was removed and discarded by manager- at cost approx $ 350. 00. Priority violation issued 7-38-005.

- comments: observed previous core violation# 51 not corrected from last inspection report# 2312964, dated 9/26/2019. Observed no grease interceptor on 3-compartment sink. All sinks in which food, utensils, and equipment are cleaned shall be connected to a catch basin or be equipped with an approved grease interceptor. Priority foundation issued 7-42-090
