    I ate a large filet, 4 butterfly coconut dipped shrimp and a baked potato. Drank only water. I ate no other food on Tues 3/27. I got violently ill. Vomited for 6 hours until all contents of stomach and all stomach acid via violent vomiting and painful dry heaves.  | الأعراض: حمى, قيء

    We picked up our food at approximately 5:30. I had a salad with carnitas, chicken, lettuce & mild salsa. My family had soft & hard tacos as well as a burrito.

    I am the only one that had a stomach ache.
