في 8/25/18، حوالي 2-3 مساءً، أكلت لحم خنزير، بروفولون، خس، طماطم، بصل، مايونيز، ملح وفلفل 6 بوصات فرعية من صب واي إنيونيون، كنتاكي. بعد حوالي 7 ساعات، أصبت بألم شديد في المعدة والغثيان والإسهال. لقد مرت حوالي 18 ساعة وما زلت أعاني من الغثيان والإسهال وتشنجات المعدة.

Tuesday Aug 21st 2018, my friend and I both ate the house salad and the Chicken noodle soup. Within 24 hours we were both sick. I was hospitalized from Thursday to Saturday. I ate a hot dog and a peach tea. I ate it on way back to work. In a matter of just 10 mins after returning to work at my desk I began to get major stomach noises and very sick. I had the classic baked sampler and a slice of pepperoni pizza. It was confirmed at a local urgent clinic that it is in fact food poisoning as I hadn't eaten anything else out of my norm.
