    ذهبت إلى Applebee في حديقة الكلية الليلة الماضية 4 أبريل. استيقظت هذا الصباح 5 أبريل مع حالة سيئة من الإسهال والغثيان انتهى بي في نهاية المطاف القيء. طوال اليوم كنت أعاني من قشعريرة تقيأت 6 مرات على الأقل. أخذت alka seltzer واستراح شعرت بتحسن. حاولت أن آكل… شاهد المزيد

    1-2-17 I ate a chicken burrito for dinner. Later that night I was awoke with severe abdominal pain. I have had constant diarea ever since accompanied by the abdominal pain.
