التقطت طلبها بعد الساعة 9:00 مساءً في 9-3-18. بدأت تشكو من آلام في المعدة حوالي الساعة 10:00 مساءً، وبدأت الحمى والقشعريرة حوالي الساعة 10:30 مساءً ثم القيء. تقيأت من ذلك الحين حتى بعد منتصف الليل ثم تم نقلها على وجه السرعة إلى مستشفى KUMC في مدينة كانساس… شاهد المزيد

أكلت هناك يوم الخميس، 8/30، لتناول طعام الغداء. كان وعاء الخضار مع حبوب بينتو، الفاصوليا السوداء، فاهيتا الخضار، جواكامولي، صلصة الذرة، السالسا الخضراء، بيكو، الجبن، الأرز الأبيض.
بحلول صباح اليوم التالي كان لدي قشعريرة وغثيان وإسهال. استمرت هذه لمدة 24-36 ساعة.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قشعريرة
