أكلت بوريتو بارباكوا ميست حوالي الساعة 6:30 مساء أمس 7/19/17. بعد ساعة من البدء بألم رهيب في المعدة وبعد ساعتين من بدء التقيؤ مرة أخرى مرتين في الساعتين التاليتين.

وعاء بارباكوا، مع أرز، فاصوليا سوداء، صلصة الطماطم، صلصة الذرة، صلصة الفلفل الحار، القشدة الحامضة، الخس والجبن. بدأت المعدة في التشنج بعد 12 ساعة. ألم شديد في البطن، ودرجة الحرارة، والضعف الشديد، والتعرق، وآلام الجسم بالكامل، والإسهال الذي استمر أسبوعين.
