昨天 7 月 19 日下午 6 点 30 分左右我吃了 Barbacoa mest 墨西哥卷饼。在我开始腹痛一个小时后，我开始呕吐 2 小时后，在接下来的两个小时内再重复两次。
我上床睡觉时胃还在灼热，今天早上醒来时温度有点高。
我现在感觉好多了但是很虚弱。

我不记得上次有呕吐发作了。

After consuming it on a Sunday afternoon, the next day I got a bad case of Diarrhea and nausea that lasted all day. I couldn't keep food down and it was a hard day at work due to constant visits to the restroom. I had the chicken and barbacoa.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
