2017 年 6 月 9 日晚上（晚上 9 点左右），我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗-半只鸡/半巴巴科阿，第二天早上 6 点，我被严重的恶心惊醒，导致呕吐、腹泻、出汗和全身无力，这使我无法走路 5 英尺。不受缠绕。我病了大约 28-30 个小时。

Ordered a salad with barbacoa, black beans, cheese and salsa. About 2 hours later I started getting sever stomach cramps and feeling nauseous. Shortly after that began the vomiting and diarrhea. That lasted about 12 hours before It finally stopped.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
