Food City brand salsa at dinner around 8pm 16Sep2018, symptoms began at 4 am the next morning. Still sick 4 days later.

Had burrito bowl with: "barbacoa", lettuce, Pinto beans, cheese, sour cream and tomato salsa. Started getting stomach cramps later in the day and have since had chipotle diarrhea.
