طلبت سلطة chipotles مع الخضار فقط حتى لا اللحوم ووضع الأرز البني, الفاصوليا السوداء, فاهيتا الخضار, guac, القشدة الحامضة والجبن. شعرت أن معدتي تبدأ في الأذى على الفور... ذهبت إلى المنزل وأغمي عليها في حوالي الساعة 7 مساءً ما زلت أشعر بالتعب الشديد, واستيقظت حوالي 9 أشعر… شاهد المزيد

I ate a burrito bowl, brown rice (with cilantro in it), steak, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, guac, and chips. We ate there on 11/23 around 7pm. By 11/25 in the afternoon is when the nausea started, then vomiting. Diarrhea started that evening. No fever. The diarrhea… شاهد المزيد
