أنا أكلت في شبوتل يوم الجمعة 7/14/17. كان لدي وعاء دجاج مع الطماطم والخس والدجاج والقشدة الحامضة. أيضا رقائق وجواكامولي. ابني وأصدقائه كانوا هناك أيضا. كل واحد منا أصبحنا مريضا جدا يوم السبت بعد الظهر. الغثيان والصداع والقيء والإسهال. لا تزال الأعراض موجودة اليوم الثلاثاء 7/18/17.
