كان لدي وعاء بوريتو مع الأرز البني والفاصوليا السوداء وشرائح اللحم والسالسا الخفيفة والقشدة الحامضة والجبن حوالي الساعة 5:30 مساءً في 2/27/16. استيقظت حوالي الساعة 2 صباحًا في 2/28/15 مع آلام مروعة في المعدة والغثيان. بدأ الإسهال بعد بضع ساعات وجفاف الرفع بعد ذلك بقليل. لا مزيد من شبوتل على الإطلاق.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, ألم المعدة
