    Jan 2 2020 at 8pm.

    Ate the Super Sub at 12 noon (Ham, Provolone, etc) made 'Mike's way' - no onions). Felt a little 'full' all afternoon. Did not feel like eating dinner. At 8pm had diarrhea almost non-stop for 10 hours. Had nausea which i 'willed'… شاهد المزيد
