Pocket Meal Causes Illness

I normally eat 2 as a meal. The first set I had I was fine. As 8 was eating the second set a week later, my body started to refuse it. Fast forward 7 hours and out of nowhere I feel sick. I go to the bathroom where I instantly vomit and diarrhea. Had a headache in the hours leading up to this.
