Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, West 3500 South, West Valley City, UT, USA

Roommate and I both got beef burritos and tacos from there around 10:00 on 7/30/2020. Both felt nauseous within an hour and had severe headache, muscle aches, and chills that night. Both felt okay in the morning but now had diarrhea. Diahhrea has consisted for 2 full days now and counting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Headache, Chills
