Bloody Diarrhea After Salad

Started 2 hours ago, 3.5 hours after i ate at Cafe zupas The salad I ate. I was perfectly fine until about 2 hours after I ate. My stomach started getting bubbly, then bad diarrhea and now bloody diarrhea and vomiting every 15 min It's still ongoing, so might change later I don't knew  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Bloody Stool
