Bought rnfg light chicken salad on May 13 2026. Ate on May 14 2026. Sell by date was 5/14/2026. Hours later felt nauseous, then threw up multiple times over the course of several hours. Stomach now very sensitive next day (May 15 2026)

Cheetos Cause Severe Cramps

I started eating a bag of puff cheetos and was feeling weird while eating it. Then after about 3 hours I was nauseated and bloated. When I went to bed I was having very strong nausea and cramps that lasted all night until the morning.
