Ordered a medium mac n cheese and roughly 2.5 hours later threw up violently at work and was sent home. Then proceeded to throw up and have diarrhea until midnight. One of the worst illnesses I think I’ve ever gotten. Thanks Chick-fil-A

On 7/3/2020 I ordered 3pc spicy tender meal, my husband got the spicy chicken sandwich meal both with lemonades from the drive thru. I ordered around 5:50 pm and started eating at around 6pm. I had nothing else to eat today only water. My husband is fine.…
