Yesterday I got the 7/11 Dr Pepper hotdog and a strawberry Nesquik. The hotdog tasted weird and sweet, now I feel very unwell: vomiting, lethargy, etc. They should stop selling this because I am in pain.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
